We offer two types of UV-activated resin:

1. Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UP Resin) – This is the most common UV-cured resin and is a lower-cost option. UP Resin exhibits reliable characteristics and is used in 95% of liner installations. It does contain styrene when uncured and has moderate chemical resistance so may not be suitable for certain contaminated situations or may be appropriate for environmentally sensitive locations. Consult with our technical experts if you have questions about the suitability of UP Resin for your particular projects.
2. Vinyl-Ester Resins (VE Resins) –  When extra protection is required due to higher corrosive environments, VE resins could be a good choice.
