UV Cured in place Pipe Liners
The Omega Liner was designed with the installer in mind - focusing on the ease of installation, reduced environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness through contractor installation efficiencies.
Omega Liner Company, Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners for trenchless rehabilitation in pipeline and culvert systems.
This is a rapidly growing rehabilitation method where a pipe is created within an existing host pipe and then cured with the use of UV curing technologies. The finished product is proven to extend the life of the pipe for another 50 to 100 years!
The Omega UV Liner is constructed with a puncture-resistant, removable inner foil, high quality, corrosion-resistant fiberglass, and advanced UV resins - proven to be one of the strongest products on the market.
Omega UV Liners can be procured in both unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins and are offered for circular and non-circular pipes from 6” (150mm) to 66” (1675mm).
